All attendees and guests must scan the QR Code on the flyer to register and pay. Then please fill out the form below AND scroll down to read all attendance instructions.

WhatsApp Invitation Uploading Pictures/Videos

All photos and videos will be compiled into a slideshow to honor Aunt Ida on that day. Once we receive your phone number, we will send you a WhatsApp invitation link. Through this link, you can upload any photos you have with Aunt Ida or any you think she would enjoy.

If you’re unable to attend in person, we kindly ask that you still share pictures and/or a short video message (no longer than one minute). Please do your best to keep videos brief—otherwise we may need to shorten them due to space limitations.

Monetary Request

We are asking for $30 for celebration expenses. We are also collecting money to add to her monetary gift. Our goal is $1000.00. Any amount you send over $30 will automatically go to Aunt Ida’s gift.
